Step One: Check your dates
Please check that your chosen dates are available on our availability page.
We keep this up-to-date as much as possible.
Step Two: Fill in our booking form
Please fill in our online booking form on our SECURE server. This will send us your details.

Step Three: We confirm your booking
- The start of your holiday is more than 8 weeks away - If your chosen dates are available, we will charge a 20% deposit on your credit card, and then email you immediately to confirm your booking.
- The start of your holiday is less than 8 weeks away - We will charge the full amount to your credit card, and email you immediately to confirm the booking.

Step Four: Relax!
Relax, knowing that the chalet is fully booked. Once your booking is accepted, we guarantee that the price will not change and no surcharges will be added unless you amend your booking.
What happens next...
- When the start of your holiday is 8 weeks away - We will email you and give you five days notice that the balance is due. We will either charge the remaining amount to your credit card, or if you prefer, give you instructions so you can arrange a bank transfer.
Terms & Conditions:
Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the
total holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. Payment
can be made by Mastercard, VISA or Bank Transfer. The balance becomes
payable within 8 weeks of arrival. Please advise us at
the time of booking of any special requests e.g. dietary
requirements, cots etc.
Prices: We reserve the right to alter the prices
listed at anytime before your booking is accepted. Once
your booking is accepted, we guarantee that the price will not
change unless you amend your booking.
Late Payment: We will contact you when your final balance becomes due 8 weeks before your holiday. If the total balance is not received within 5 weeks of your holiday,
we reserve the right to charge an additional 10% "late payment" fee on the outstanding balance.
Underoccupancy: Catered prices are based upon a minimum of eight persons.
Consequently, underoccupancy will be charged upto the price for eight persons. Underoccupancy does not apply to self-catered or B&B prices.
Cancellation by the
client: If you cancel
your holiday, notify us immediately in writing, by post or email.
